ADA COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Frankfort Transit is dedicated to serving people with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA defines a person with a disability as a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activity. This includes people who have a record of such an impairment, even if they do not currently have a disability.
If you have a complaint specifically pertaining to an ADA issue, please complete the contact form. Complaints will be addressed within fifteen business days of the day the complaint was filed.

Frankfort Transit does not discriminate on the basis of disability in its programs, services, activities, or employment practices.
If you need auxiliary aids or services for effective communication (such as an American Sign Language interpreter) or reasonable modification to programs, services, or activities, please contact the ADA Coordinator as soon as possible. Requests made less than two (2) business days before the scheduled event or activity are subject to availability.
